Amazing location, stunning view, with great amenities like the indoor swimming pool and 24-hour reception that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Being just 2 km from the breathtaking natural wonder.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay with an incredible view of the American Falls right from our room. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for the kids, and we absolutely loved indulging in some relaxing time at the jacuzzi after a long day exploring. The only downside was the slow check-in process, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! 😊

The view of the falls from our 16th-floor room was breathtaking, especially during the fireworks at night. Plus, we walked to attractions like the Cave of Winds without needing to drive anywhere.

I went to the Sheraton and loved the stunning views of both American and Horseshoe Falls from my room. The location felt perfect too, close to everything I wanted to see. The room was spacious, fitting my family comfortably. The roof-top pool made for a relaxing spot especially at night with the fireworks. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable. On the downside, the elevators were painfully slow and crowded. Waiting could take forever, especially during busy times. Also, I wish there had been clearer communication about the breakfast included, as it only covered two people when I expected it would include our whole party. A few minor issues, like a strange smell in the hallway, could use some attention. Overall, these little negatives didn’t ruin my experience but brought it down a notch.

the sheraton has a fabulous location with stunning views of the falls. our deluxe fallsview guestroom had nice, modern decor. we loved the unique touch of the juliet balcony! the infinity hydrotherapy tub in the spa offered a serene experience. the rooftop pool and bar are also fantastic spots to unwind.

We had an awesome trip! The hotel was perfectly located, making it easy to hit up the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and enjoy some thrill rides. The outdoor pool was great to chill out in after, and views from our room were great. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Our experience was slightly dampened when we found out that the breakfast included only covered 2 people, which was a surprise for our group. It would have been nice to have this info upfront.

The elevators are painfully slow and frequently overcrowded!!! A little signage and better communication about navigating the hotel would be greatly appreciated, as I spent way too much time figuring out where to go!!!
